"First Voice has made the implementation of our AED program very easy. Our initial project was only going to be 26 AEDs. I thought this could be pretty manageable through Outlook reminders and a spreadsheet. When our program grew over the summer months from 26 to 69 AEDs, I started to panic on how to manage the AEDs and what the cost would be for the management software.
